La Sagrada Familia

The next morning, we made breakfast at the hotel and then set out to explore again. We planned for a slightly later morning but were on a time constraint because Ivan was flying back that afternoon.

Our plan was to tour La Sagrada Familia that morning with Ivan, but when we got there, they didn't have any space left until 1pm, and he was planning to head out at about 1:30, so instead we hung out around the outside of the church and went to a cafe until it was time to say goodbye.

We've seen so many churches in our time in Europe, but this one was so different from the rest. It was just beautiful. It was designed by Gaudi as well and reflected a very unique architecture style. The inside was full of color and detail and it was a lot to take in. It was "yet another church" but I'd say the admission fee is worth it. If I were to do it again though, I'd book tickets online. It's a little cheaper and although you have to go in at the time you've booked, you save money which is great!

After this, we went to Park Guell. I decided to make that it's own post because I've already shared so many pictures!
