We live in a really pretty city. The lake, the buildings in the old part of the city - they're just beautiful, and accompanied by the glowing lights and the extra hustle and bustle of this time of year, it looks really magical. There are beautiful displays in shop windows, roasted chestnuts being sold in the streets (we haven't yet tried them but they smell tempting), and a lovely glow in the evenings. There hasn't been any snow yet, although the grass often stays frosty and white during the day, but even without snow, I think this part of the city looks so pretty and festive.
I've already showed you the Christmas markets, but here are some of the city streets.
